The Curry Health District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in the conference room of Curry General Hospital at 94220 4th Street in Gold Beach, OR. The meeting will include executive session, closed to the public, under ORS 192.660(2)(f), (2)(g), and (2)(h); information or records exempt from disclosure including advice from legal counsel, trade/commerce, litigation or potential litigation.
The only other agenda topics include operations report on the CEO monitoring report schedule, and CAH status - in addition to setting a date for the regular April 2018 board meeting. |
