Beckie Spomer Named CHN's Sep. 2024 Service Excellence Superstar

Congratulations to Beckie Spomer, our Service Excellence SUPERSTAR for September! As an Insurance Biller, Beckie embodies all CHN’s core values, consistently going above and beyond to support her colleagues and improve operations.

Beckie’s commitment shines in her work with the Employee Communications Council (ECC), where she actively attends, participates, and encourages others to get involved—even those outside of the committee. Beckie regularly volunteers to take on tasks and follows up with emails to confirm her dedication, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Beckie also played a key role in supporting the recent Epic go-live event. Not only was she part of the pre-go-live committee, but she also took the time to gather and paint rocks for a creative, de-stressing activity for her coworkers. Although feeling under the weather, Beckie showed up on go-live day to help with setup and distribute balloons throughout CHN. Her reliability and enthusiasm are invaluable assets to the organization.
