New Customer Service Partner: Meduit
Curry Health Network has partnered with Meduit as an extension of our Patient Financial Services department to assist with billing inquiries. Meduit representatives can help resolve outstanding patient statements, set up payment plans, answer questions, and connect patients with CHN’s financial counselors for additional support.
For assistance, contact Meduit directly at 833-835-0494 (toll-free) or 541-247-3940 (local). Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
Patients may receive calls or messages from Meduit, which will appear on caller ID as 541-247-3940. These are legitimate communications from Curry Health Network’s (CHN) billing partner. To verify identity, representatives will request a date of birth and address, as required under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations.
