Congratulations to Lacey Good, CHN's August 2023 Service Excellence Superstar

CHN is thrilled to announce Lacey Good as the August 2023 Superstar of the Month for her outstanding dedication to patient care and her remarkable commitment to the CHN community.

This well-deserved recognition stems from a heartwarming story shared by Kim Hanks, a physician assistant at CHN. Kim identified the concerns of a very ill patient who, without insurance or a primary care provider, sought assistance. Recognizing the patient's concerns about affordability and the necessity of medical tests, Kim turned to Lacey for help. Lacey, demonstrating her exceptional commitment to patient welfare, immediately agreed to see the patient right away. Her swift action - completed in 20 minutes - facilitated insurance coordination, ensuring a smooth process for the necessary tests and treatments. In the words of Kim Hanks, "Thanks to Lacey jumping up and seeing my patient right away, the patient agreed to tests, and we are hopefully able to make her well."
