Pam Ackerman, CHN's Service Excellence Superstar for Sept 2023

At CHN, we take great pride in recognizing the dedicated professionals who go above and beyond in their commitment to our core values and patient care. Our Service Excellence Superstar for September 2023, Pamela (Pam) Ackerman, exemplifies the embodiment of these values in her role as a Mammography Technician. While Pam may not be comfortable with public recognition, her exceptional service and commitment to our patients cannot go unnoticed.

Pam's exceptional service was brought to our attention through a heartfelt and enthusiastic nomination by a patient, Tamara Harrop, who was more than willing to share her name. Tamara had her first mammogram, which she admitted was long overdue, and Pam made the experience comfortable and reassuring from start to finish. She described how Pam took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and patiently answered all her questions, alleviating any anxieties she had.
