Rhonda Gardiner named CHN's May 2024 Service Excellence Superstar

Rhonda plays a pivotal role in surgery by ensuring our patients have authorizations for procedures. About three months ago, she stepped up to help with surgery scheduling, demonstrating exceptional diligence and hard work. Her efforts truly exemplify the phrase "team player."

Rhonda is always quick to participate in finding solutions rather than complaining. Her proactive attitude and dedication in such a challenging role have not gone unnoticed.
