Accessing the Patient Portal
You must have your user ID and password to access the Patient Portal. The patient portal is available to all patients of Curry Health Network facilities (hospital and clinics). When you register for your visit, you will have the opportunity to register for access to the patient portal. The Patient Portal is a secure method to view your health information, like allergies, immunizations, medications, summary of care, most lab test results, and radiology results.
