Patients of Curry Health Network facilities (hospital and clinics) now have access to our convenient and secure Patient Portal where they may view their Curry Health Network health information online after appointments. This information includes allergies, immunizations, active and inactive medications, current and past health concerns, and certain test results.

Please note: The patient must provide an active email address
to use this free service, and registration is required. The Patient
Portal is activated for each patient interested in this service
at the time of your visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register for this service online?

The Patient Portal is activated for each patient interested in this service at the time of your visit. We will require an email address to activate the service.

What happens if I register and do not receive an email?

First, check your spam folder. It may also be possible that your email address was not entered correctly. Please call 541.247.3550 to verify your email address. If the address was incorrect, staff will update it and resend the email.

What if there is information missing within the Patient Portal's "Summary of Care" section?

If you feel information is missing, please call Medical Records at 541.247.3000.

Why isn't the Patient Portal showing my most recent visit?

In most cases, your records are updated immediately. However, in some situations a 3-5 business day turnaround is necessary. Please allow adequate time following your visit for all the information to be uploaded. If you feel the information should be displaying, please contact Medical Records.
